I'm a somatic healing coach, educator, and founder of Embodied Healing Center.. My work didn't come from a textbook—it came from my own messy, necessary journey through trauma that lived in my body, not just my mind and memories.
The experiences that once kept me small became the reason I've spent over 20 years learning how we actually heal—not by thinking our way out, pushing it away or pretending it didn't happen...but by coming back into the body and listening.
I don't just teach theory. I teach what works. What I've lived. What I've tested through two master's degrees, 30+ certifications in NLP and somatic modalities, and hundreds of hours with real people doing real healing work.
Whether I'm working one-on-one, leading somatic coaching programs, or training practitioners through my certification, my work is built on one belief: healing doesn't mean pushing through or hardening. It means using your sensitivity as strength. It means coming home to yourself—softer, clearer, and finally free.
